Description
Advanced castable 3D resin for smooth surfaces and precise details on relatively large models. BlueCast X10 allows the printing of jewellery with high metal requirements. It has properties almost identical to those of wax and can, therefore, be processed with the same toolset.
At a relatively low temperature of 740 ° C, complete burnout is possible. The resin only needs to be post-cured when post-processing techniques such as polishing are applied to the 3D printing part. Otherwise, a post-cure is not required. Storing a pattern for 7 days results in a negligible shrinkage of 0.7%, which is especially useful when patterns need to be prepared in advance.
The resin may lose colour when exposed to UV light. It is completely normal and does not affect the specified properties.
Applications- Large jewellery
- Filigree jewellery
- Medals
During complete burnout at 740 ° C, no ashes remain. The BlueCast X10 can be used in all burnout cycles.
Smooth surfacesSmooth surfaces and dimensional accuracy allow the printing of large models.
Negligible shrinkageThe models can be pre-printed in 3D as the resin shrinks by only 0.7% in 7 days.
