Description
The Raise3D S200-C is equipped with a working chamber of 7.87 x 7.87 x 7.87 inches (200 x 200 x 200 mm). The machine requires no additional consumables and boasts low gas consumption making it a cost-effective solution for small scale production. Apart from this, a single cycle of the S200-C equals 10–24 hours, which is twice as fast compared to other sinters (17–31 hours). The device features smart safety functions, such as the front-mounted E-stop and over-temperature protection. Additionally, the sinter is quite mobile and easy to operate.
For better results, it is recommended to use the Raise3D S200-C as a part of the MetalFuse system, along with the Forge1 3D printer and D200-E. Thus, the polymer will be removed from the model during the catalytic debinding process, which will result in a pure metal with residual binder. The sintering process will further remove the binder due to the temperatures below the melting point of the metal. That way, the product achieves its final hardness and strength properties.
The Raise3D S200-C is like the other devices in the MetalFuse system equipped with a 7" touchscreen display for comfortable control. Its intuitive interface allows users to easily manage the process. The device is fully compatible with a special edition of the ideaMaker software that offers templates optimized for smooth sintering.
